This program began operation in 1979. The Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) is an Alternative to Incarceration operation provided to superior courts and Local Conditional Release Commissions by participating probation departments. ISP offers a credible sentencing and community supervision option for offenders who would otherwise be incarcerated. Agency services provided are primarily eligibility assessments, court ordered restrictions, monitoring, field supervision and intensive supervision.

This program began operation in 1985. Agency services are primarily assessment, community service, probation, field supervision, fine imposition/collection, intensive supervision, rehabilitation and restitution. Target populations are high risk misdemeanants who most likely would receive a lengthy county jail sentence.

This is an agency of county government. Agency services include the preparation of pre-sentence investigations and reports for the criminal courts and the supervision of criminals sentenced to probation. Investigation and supervision functions are also provided for criminals released from jail by the Local Conditional Release Commission. Intake, investigation and supervision services are provided for Family Court. Many discretionary services for pretrial and alternative sentencing are also provided. This county probation department participates in PINS (Person In Need of Supervision) Adjustment services programming, coordinated by Marie Blair.

This program began operation in 1990. Agency services are primarily assessment, court advocacy, court ordered restrictions and counseling. This agency also refers clients for drug and alcohol rehabilitation, educational services, housing assistance, job placement assistance, mediation and rehabilitation. Target populations are chemically-dependent, non-violent offenders aged 16 and older.
